Pathways 2 Employment (P2E) and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD)
Pathways is a cooperative agreement between SCBDD and OOD. The mission of the program is to provide vocational services to students who are 14 years old or older with disabilities as well as adults with developmental disabilities. Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinators assist participants with developing vocational and/or educational goals, gaining skills to obtain and maintain employment, and successfully transitioning into competitive employment in the community. For more information or start the application process, please call 419-332- 9296 and ask for the Pathways department.
Individuals who are working independently in the community, SCBDD continues to offer supports in order to ensure long-term success. SCBDD contracts with a certified provider to provide follow along supports. These supports ensure routine contact with the employee and employer as determined by the employee and support team and crises or problem solving interventions when the need may arise.
